Propagation method of Tripterospermum japonicum

PURPOSE: A method for breeding Tripterospermum japonicum is provided to protect the Tripterospermum japonicum as an extinctive plant and to effectively breed Tripterospermum japonicum. CONSTITUTION: A method for breeding Tripterospermum japonicum comprises: a step of adding fragment of Tripterospermum japonicum in a medium and culturing to proliferate stem of Tripterospermum japonicum; a step of planting Tripterospermum japonicum in a medium containing gebberllic acid(GA); a step of inducing root of Tripterospermum japonicum; and a step of transplanting and culturing Tripterospermum japonicum to a pot. The MS medium contains 1-5% of sucrose as a carbon source and 1-5% of gelite as a hardening agent.
