PURPOSE: A heat exchanging pipe for cooling and heating geothermal heat is provided to reduce material costs by reducing a construction depth and to improve productivity because a thermal binding process is not required. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanging pipe for cooling and heating geothermal heat comprises a refrigerant pipe(10), an insertion cap(20), and a connection unit. The inner and outer surfaces of the refrigerant pipe are formed in a ring-shaped corrugated pipe. Refrigerants, heat-exchanging with geothermal heat, flow inside the refrigerant pipe. The refrigerant pipe is bent in a U-shape. The insertion cap is coupled to the bent part of the refrigerant pipe. The connection unit connects the refrigerant pipe to the other refrigerant pipe.
