PURPOSE: An apartment dormitory system and an operation method for easily converting the used apartment possession used as the dormitory possession are provided to reduce a dormitory cost of building and management cost by systematically using an idle apartment possession. CONSTITUTION: A dormitory possession register(220) registers unsold possession or non-distributed rental request in each room of the dormitory. A dormitory setup unit(230) offers information about the registered dormitory. The dormitory setting unit enforces the dormitory assignment. A dormitory web server connects the administrator and dormitory applicant. A dormitory application unit(260) offers the dormitory assignment information to the dormitory setting unit.
