A MANUFACTURING METHOD AND SYSTEM OF THE ORGANIC FERTILIZER MADE OF THE MUCKS AND THE HUMAN WASTES

PURPOSE: A producing method of an organic fertilizer using livestock and human feces, and a producing system of the organic fertilizer are provided to successively produce the high quality organic fertilizer by uniformly maintaining the optimum producing condition. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an organic fertilizer using livestock and human feces comprises the following steps: mixing the livestock and human feces in a feces stirring and storing tank(10), and crushing; mixing the crushed feces with supplementary raw materials in a mixing tank(20); passing the feces mixture through a heat exchanger(23) for heating; stirring the heated feces mixture in a fermentation tank(30), and adding a potassium permanganate solution and a hypochlorous acid solution into the mixture for fermenting at 25~30deg C; adding potassium permanganate and an inorganic activator into the fermented mixture before drying with a dryer(40); supplying water to the fermented mixture with a water supplying device(41); molding the fermented feces mixture using a fertilizer molding device(50); and drying the obtained organic fertilizer.
