Wastewater treatment device and wastewater treatment method using oyster shell and purified sludge

PURPOSE: A wastewater treatment device using oyster shell and alum sludge and a wastewater treatment method thereof are provided to effectively purify the sludge, and to improve phosphorus efficiency with the oyster shell and the alum sludge. CONSTITUTION: A wastewater treatment device includes the following: a water collection tank(100) collecting wastewater transferred from river; a first waste water treating tank(200) in which sand, oyster shell and gravel are successively filled; and a second waste water treating tank(300) in which alum sludge and grave are successively filled. The first waste water treating tank includes a lower layer filled with the sand, an intermediate layer filled with the oyster shell, and a lower layer filed with the gravel.
