SOLVENT-FREE EPOXY PAINT COMPOSITION FOR FLOOR FINISH AND ANDCONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A paint composition for solventless epoxy floor finishing materials is provided to prevent heterochromatosis by suppressing the fluidity of paints and to ensure excellent durability and appearance by improving a leveling property and workability. CONSTITUTION: A paint composition for solventless epoxy floor finishing materials comprises a base part and a hardener part. The base part comprises: 30~40 weight% of bisphenol-A type or bisphenol-F type liquid epoxy resin with epoxy equivalent of 170~230 g/eq; 1~10 weight% of one or more kinds of reactive diluents selected from BGE(butyl glycidyl ether), LGE(aliphatic glycidyl ether (C12~C14)), EHGE(2-ethylhexyl glycidyl ether), PGE(phenyl gylcidyl ether), CGE(0-cresol glycidyl ether), and 1,4BDDGE(1,4-butandiol diglycidyl ether); 1.0~3.0 weight% of benzyl alcohol as a non-reactive diluents; 2~10 weight% of heavy metal-free coloring pigment; 45~65 weight% of filler having oil absorption is 10~20wt% selected from silicon dioxide, barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, non-asbestos type talcum, and aluminium oxide; 0.3~2.0 weight% of a fluidity preventer including low molecular weight unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer solution, montmorillonite clay organic derivative and polyolefin synthesized material; and 0.7~5.0 weight% of additives selected between a leveling agent, antifoaming agent, and dispersing agent.
