PURPOSE: A puzzle system for identifying picture and a method for identifying picture of puzzle are provided, which give feeling of accomplishment to a user. CONSTITUTION: A puzzle system comprises a first line part(110); a second line part(120); a clearance portion(130) which includes a punch unit so that two lines can come in contact with each other when pressure is added from the outside; a scan part(140) which extracts the location that two lines contact with each other; a position identification unit which induces so that two lines of the location lying one upon another can be contacted; a puzzle piece part equipped in the bottom of each puzzle piece; a database part(150) in which the location information of two lines is saved; and an output unit(160) outputting feedback signals.
