PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically processing an order using the voice recognition are provided to enhance the use convenience of a customer, reduce the effort needed for processing the order of a branch office, and offer an interactive order processing method by actively informing the customer of the information such as an order processing status and an estimated delivery time. CONSTITUTION: A scenario driver(103) controls entire system by a service scenario. An IVR(Interactive Voice Response) server(101) inputs/outputs a voice depending on the control of the scenario driver by connecting to a wire/wireless telephone(12). A calling number recognizer(102) recognizes a calling number of the wire/wireless telephone connecting to the IVR server. A voice recognition server(104) recognizes the voice inputted from the IVR server. A voice synthesizing server(105) generates/outputs a guide sentence including a process result and a delivery delay status. A guide server(107) provides an outbound call service. A web server(106) stores the service scenario, and offers a web service for viewing customer information and order information through a web page.
