PURPOSE: An interval controlling apparatus for plants and lamp for growing the plants is provided to control the interval between the plants and the lamps by the growth speed of the plants. CONSTITUTION: An interval controlling apparatus for plants and lamp for growing the plants comprises the lamp(115) for growing the plants, a lamp supporting member(110), wires(145,165), wire controlling pulleys(150,170), pulley rotating members(140,160), and a controlled interval fixing member. The lamp for growing the plants(20) irradiates light to the plants from the upper side of a base plate(10). The lamp is installed on the lamp supporting member. The wire controlling pulleys wind and unwind the wires. The pulley rotating members rotate the wire controlling pulleys for controlling the interval between the lamp and the plants.
