PURPOSE: A water flow rate reduction device for preventing the soil-loss is provided to protect a farmland and river from the outflow of soil and sand due to the flowing water by controlling the flow rate of the water. CONSTITUTION: A water flow rate reduction device for preventing the soil-loss comprises a blocking plate(10) and a drain pan(14). A plurality of water through holes(20) is formed on the blocking plate. The drain pan which is formed on the rear side of the blocking plate is crashed with the water which passes through a through hole. The blocking plate controls the flow of the flowing water and stands on the ground. The blocking plate prevents the seepage erosion.
