PURPOSE: A multi-functional algal control and eco-purification plant island is provided to improve the water quality with the enhanced efficiency, and to offer the improved plant growing environment. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional algal control and eco-purification plant island includes the following: an ultraviolet rays generating unit(23) for UV-processing polluted water after adding salty water and oxygen; a negative ion generating unit(24) negative ion-processing the polluted water; a first electromagnetic field generation domain capable of being rotated by a motor; a second electromagnetic field generation domain including a rotator being rotated by the polluted water inserted into an electromagnetic field generation unit(25), formed on the outside of the first electromagnetic field generation domain; the electromagnetic field generation unit formed on the outside of the second electromagnetic field generation domain; a processed water discharging unit including an impeller and a discharging hole; and a driver(27) connected to the bottom of the processed water discharging unit.
