PURPOSE: A loess wet type pavement material with no cement and a pavement method using the pavement material are provided to improve quality control, constructability and economical efficiency by applying a wet type construction method. CONSTITUTION: A loess wet type pavement material with no cement includes alkali activated binder with no cement, coarse aggregate, mixer, and mixing water. The mixing ratio of the mixing water and the alkali activated binder with no cement is 40~65%.
