PURPOSE: A diagnosis marker for lung cancer susceptibility using IGFBP-3 gene is provided to predict and screen high risk group of lung cancer. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosis marker for lung cancer susceptibility comprises one or more polynucleotide. The polynucleotide has 349th base (-1590th from transcription initiator element of IGFBP-3, Insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 gene) which C is substituted with A and contains 10-2159 sequential DNA fragments.
