A top-down construction method for an underground structure with slurry walls is provided to support the gravity load by steel frame girders and the earth pressure by slabs in the simplified joining between the girders and slurry walls. A top-down construction method for an underground structure with slurry walls include the steps of building slurry walls(100) underground by casting concrete into a trench, forming base parts at lower ends of steel frame columns, forming spaces for securing steel frame beams(240) in the slurry walls, mounting the ends of the steel frame beams to positions in the slurry walls from which fillers are removed, and casting slab concrete on the steel frame beams.
