Production of Colorectal Cancer Cell Surface Specific Protein-Antibody Complexes in Transgenic Plants

PURPOSE: A method for producing colon cancer-specific cell surface protein-antibody complex in a transgenic plant is provided to express colon cancer vaccine antibody complex protein and massively produce. CONSTITUTION: A fusion protein is obtained by fusing colon cancer-specific cell surface protein and immunoglobulin Fc region. The colon cancer-specific cell-surface protein is GA733-2 protein. The immunoglobulin Fc region is connected to an oligomannose chain. The fusion protein comprises amino acid of sequence number 1. A vaccine for preventing or treating colon cancer contains the fusion protein as an active ingredient.
