PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing eco-friendly dried cement mortar is provided to enable waste recycling, removal of harmful materials, indoor air quality improvement and antibacterial action by eco-cement utilizing inorganic micropowder and briquette ash micropowder. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing eco-friendly dried cement mortar comprises the steps of: preparing eco-cement by dispersing 2-30 parts by weight of inorganic micropowder and 1-20 parts by weight of briquette ash micropowder based on 100.0 parts by weight of one kind of Portland cement; adding .1-20 parts by weight of yellow illite micropowder, 0.1-15 parts by weight of anatase-type TiO2 micropowder, 0.1-2.5 parts by weight of water reducing agent, 0.02-5.5 parts by weight of cellulose-based thickening agent, and 0.01-6.0 parts by weight of antifoaming agent, based on 100.0 parts by weight of eco-cement; and mixing 100-350 parts by weight of sand with particle size of 5mm or less with 100.0 parts by weight of the mixture.
