PURPOSE: Fish farming feed for preventing diseases caused by bacteria including ciliate, and a producing method thereof are provided to use bacillus cereus for preventing the diseases. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fish farming feed for preventing diseases caused by bacteria including ciliate comprises the following steps: preparing a feed composition with bacillus cereus containing 0.1~20.0 of amino acid and 0.1~2wt% of vitamin C derivative; mixing the composition for 7~30minutes, and crushing the mixture for 10~60minutes using a crusher; expanding the crushed composition using an expanding machine, and molding the composition into pellets before cooling; and oil-coating the cooled pellets.
