PURPOSE: An apparatus for reinforcing a pile head and a foundation construction method using the same are provided to reduce construction time by preventing main reinforcing bars from being inclined or moved. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reinforcing a pile head comprises main reinforcing bars(20), a reinforcing bar fastener(30), connectors(40), a lower finishing plate(60), and rope bars. Pile connection units(21) are formed by upward bending the bottom ends of the main reinforcing bars. The main reinforcing bars are arranged on the edge of the head of a pile(10) installed in the ground. The reinforcing bar fastener is inserted into the head of the pile and has multiple reinforcing bar fixing holes(31). The lower finishing plate is inserted into the pile and sets the placing position of footing concrete. The connector connects the reinforcing bar fastener. The rope bars are fixed to the edge of the main reinforcing bars fixed to the reinforcing bar fastener.
