摘要

PURPOSE: A cartridge-type bearing structure for a butterfly valve is provided to enable a valve disc to be smoothly opened/closed since vibration does not occur on the center of a valve shaft.;CONSTITUTION: A cartridge-type bearing structure for a butterfly valve comprises a taper bearing(171), an elastic member(173), a conical bearing(174), a washer(172) and a thrust washer(175). Taper bearings are installed in parallel to a valve shaft(130) alternately in a normal direction and in a reverse direction. For the tolerance between the valve shaft and the taper bearing to be controlled, the elastic member elastically supports the taper bearing. The conical bearing makes tight contact with the lower end of the valve shaft so that rotating stress is concentrated on the center of the valve shaft due to prevention of vibration in rotation of the valve shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
