PURPOSE: A two-stage fuel injection valve having a solenoid valve and a shuttle valve for a diesel engine is provided to enable high-pressure injection in a low load by raising the injection pressure through an internal device.;CONSTITUTION: A two-stage fuel injection valve for a diesel engine comprises a fuel valve block(110), a nozzle(140), a needle valve(130), pressure booster spindles(141,142,143), needle springs(132,133,134,135), a shuttle valve(150), a lifting bush valve(180), and a solenoid valve(201). The fuel valve block has a flow path(1701) in which fuel oil is injected at specific pressure through a fuel oil inlet(170). The nozzle comprises a low pressure nozzle hole(160) and a high pressure nozzle hole(161). The needle valve is installed inside the nozzle and opens the low pressure nozzle hole and the high pressure nozzle hole successively at different timings. The pressure booster spindles are formed stepwise and press the needle valve to raise the pressure of the fuel oil of low load to high pressure. The needle springs provide an elastic force to the pressure booster spindles. The shuttle valve raises the pressure of the fuel oil by providing the pressure booster spindles with relative pressure corresponding to the main pressure of the fuel oil provided to the needle valve. The lifting bush valve discharges the fuel oil to a fuel oil outlet through a gap between the lifting bush valve and a lower nozzle holder when the solenoid valve located on the upper side is raised. The solenoid valve controls the pressure applied to the top of the lifting bush valve using a solenoid valve spring(131) in order to regulate the fuel injection timing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
