PURPOSE: A providing method of DRM contents using digital watermarking, a generating method and an apparatus thereof are provided to be impossible to operate offline license stored in digital content by destroying original content. CONSTITUTION: A providing method of DRM contents using digital watermarking, a generating method and an apparatus thereof include a license transform unit(110), and a license combiner(120). The DRM content is provided by synthesizing the license information to the digital content. The license transform unit converts the license information as the format of the digital contents. The license combiner generates the DRM contents and synthesizes the license contents to the digital contents in the watermarking scheme.
