A processing method of a Clause process having a middle temperature sulfur reactor is added thereto and a preparation method of a catalyst used in the middle temperature sulfur reactor are provided to increase the efficiency of a Claus reactor of the post-process, enhance the preparation efficiency of the catalyst used in the middle temperature sulfur reactor, and secure stability of facilities. A processing method of a Clause process having a middle temperature sulfur reactor(5) is added thereto comprises the steps of: installing the middle temperature sulfur reactor in rear of a catalytic oven reactor(1) of the Claus process to convert a portion of the process gas into sulfur; and installing Claus reactors(2,3) in rear of the middle temperature sulfur reactor to produce sulfur. A preparation method of a catalyst used in the middle temperature sulfur reactor comprises the steps of: mixing a gamma alumina powder with aqueous solutions of metals including nickel, chromium and cobalt to produce a slurry; maintaining the slurry to a predetermined state to electrodeposit the metal ions with the gamma alumina powder; and sequentially washing, filtering, drying, and heat-treating hydroxides obtained by the electrodeposition reaction.
