PURPOSE: A columnar leaching device for soil decontamination with radio nuclides using a leaching process is provided to reduce costs for processing radioactive waste by processing a radioactive waste soil through decontamination treatment. CONSTITUTION: A leaching agent is flowed inside a column(30) through an inlet port(32). The leaching agent is discharged from the column through a discharge hole. A detection part detect the level of the leaching agent inside the column. The leaching agent supply unit includes a leaching agent tank(20) and a supply pump(24). The supply pump supplies leaching agent from a leaching agent tank to the column.
