Water repellent fabric using electrospinning and its manufacturing method

摘要

PURPOSE: Waterproof fabrics produced by electrospinning and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer waterproof property by electrospinning water repellent on one side of base textiles and evenly applying the water repellent on the textiles. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of waterproof fabrics includes the following steps: manufacturing spinning liquid by melting water repellent in a solvent(S210); applying the spinning liquid on one side of base textiles(S220); and heat-treating the base textiles on which the spinning liquid is applied(S230). The water repellent is polyvinylidene difluoride(PVDF).
