PURPOSE: A stapler having a punch is provided to accurately arrange a binding position of document on a right position using a paper guide frame.;CONSTITUTION: A stapler having a punch comprises a stapler part and a punching part. The stapler part comprises an metal staple containing part(310), an iron core fixing part(320), and a leaf spring(330). The metal staple containing part is combined between upper and lower frames using upper and lower frames and a fixation pin. The iron core fixing part is accepted to the metal staple containing part and fixes the iron core. An iron core guide part is combined with the side part of the metal staple containing part end part using the pin. The spring is combined in the circumference of the punching stick in the inside of the supporting frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
