Signal delay circuit device for automatic power on in mobile communication terminal

A signal delay circuit device for an auto-power-on action in a mobile communication terminal is provided to automatically turn on power through a simple signal delay circuit, thus it is not necessary to additionally equip a circuit when an external device which requires auto-power-on is designed, consequently an additional delay IC(Integrated Circuit) does not have to be inserted into the inside of the terminal. When a power source(DC voltage)(201) and a high signal are applied to an allocated pin(206) of an interface connector, a capacitor(202) increases the power source(201) up to a DC voltage with predetermined time delay. When the power(201) is increased up to the DC voltage, a transistor(208) is turned on by using the power(201) passing through the capacitor(202) and a drain voltage(VDD)(203) passing through a predetermined resistor 3(204) as drain power.
