PURPOSE: A management method for moving an AP, a collecting method for information necessary for building a WiFi AP database for terminal measurement, and a system thereof are provided to always maintain a database based on a location of a real AP for measuring the location of a WiFi terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal for constructing a database and a database server define a structure and a parameter of a WiFi AP(Access Point) database. An information collecting program of a WiFi terminal collects information necessary for building the database. The WiFi terminal transmits the information to the database server.
