PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for estimating a channel, and an OFDM receiver including the same are provided to simplify a channel estimation operation process using a small number of dispersion pilots in the existing lattice interpolation. CONSTITUTION: A delay unit(710) delays an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) signal after an FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) process corresponding to a preset time. An interpolator(780a) performs deformation lattice interpolation using a smaller number of dispersion pilot than the lattice interpolation using a preset number of the dispersion pilots extracted from an OFDM signal. An equalizer(760) compensates signal distortion using the channel estimation value extracted through the interpolation unit.
