INJECTION TYPE CHEMICAL ANCHOR COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT UPLIFT LOADS AND APPLICATION PROPERTY INCLUDING AN UNSATURATED ESTER RESIN AS A MAIN COMPONENT

PURPOSE: An injection type chemical anchor composition is provided to ensure fast curing rate while having excellent adhesive force and strength and to improve workability and application property since the control of viscosity and fluidity is facilitated.;CONSTITUTION: An injection type chemical anchor composition comprises a base material and a hardener. The base material comprises: 2-5 wt% of at least one kind of a fluidity modifier selected from an unsaturated polyester resin, silica, attapulgite, garamite, acrylonitrile, methylene chloride, and methylmethacrylate; 0.01-0.03 wt% of N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine curing accelerator; 0.1-0.3 wt% of zinc oxide pigment and; and 0.02-0.08 wt% of anti-sagging agent. The hardener comprises 50-70 wt% of a benzoyl peroxide hardener and at least one diluent selected from dioctyl phthalate and ethylene glycol.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
