Method for Manufacturing of Seaweed Solution Impregnation Brown Seaweed, Salad Using Seaweed Solution Impregnation Brown Seaweed and manufacturing method thereof

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of brown seaweed in which seaweed concentrate is impregnated, salad using the brown seaweed and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve nutrients of the brown seaweed while improving convenience in taking the brown seaweed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of brown seaweed in which seaweed concentrate is impregnated includes the following steps: drying the brown seaweed; manufacturing the seaweed concentrate; impregnating the seaweed concentrate in the brown seaweed; mixing the seaweed concentrate with Ecklonia cava or black Ecklonia cava and water; heating the seaweed concentrate; and drying the brown seaweed in which the seaweed concentrate is impregnated again.
