CONSTITUTION: A grinding apparatus for producing bean curd comprises the following: a first fixing millstone unit(120) including a hollow casing(110) and a first cover; a bean inlet(112) formed on the casing; a bean curd outlet(114), and a soymilk outlet(116) formed on the side of the casing; and a second fixing millstone unit(180) including an upper millstone(145), a second cover, and a lower millstone(155). The first cover is installed on the inner top of the casing, and surrounds a first fixing millstone(125) including a first grinding surface(132).
