The present invention relates to the process of chemical cleaning of power generation and industrial boilers to improve thermal conductivity and to prevent overheating due to scale by dissolving and removing metal oxides attached to the inner surface of boiler tube of power plant. In order to prevent excessive corrosion of the boiler tube by chemical cleaning by continuously monitoring the hydrogen concentration in the chemical cleaning solution by using the principle that occurs, power plant boiler chemical cleaning process monitors the corrosion by using hydrogen gas.
