PURPOSE: A camera for metal surface defect detection, a metal surface detect detection apparatus including the camera, and a metal surface defect detection method are provided to obtain an image having two or four illumination positions and angles through single capturing.;CONSTITUTION: A camera for metal surface defect detection comprises a polarimetric beam splitter(115), a first charge coupled device(120), and a second charge coupled device(125). The polarimetric beam splitter separates polarized lights, which meet each other at the right angle and are reflected off a metal surface, into vertical and horizontal polarized lights.
