The present invention is directed to a manual or electric road guide cart that forms a tray that can swing. In the present invention, the tray of the road guide cart is rotated at the same time by using a swing method, that is, the structure of the tray and the tray support member.;In the present invention, a member that enables a swing is called a swing member, and the swing member is formed on an inclined member that is firmly fixed to the frame of the road guide cart or is detachably fixed. The swing member may be configured to be detachably free from the inclined member, or may be coupled to the inclined member by a bolt nut or by welding. In the present invention, it is preferable to divide the tray into two trays. In the case of the split tray, not only the rotating tray and the non-rotating fixed tray can be configured, but also both can be rotated. In the present invention, the structure formed of the road guide cart, the road guide cart support member and the swing member can be easily detached from the inclined member so that the tray can be detached from the road guide cart when the tray is not in use.
