Process for the continuous monitoring of the technical state of the local TRIBOUZLA working in FLUID FLOW TECHNOLOGY

FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: there is measured ratio of values of di-electric conductivity of liquids before tribo-unit in incoming flow, and of same liquids after tribo-unit in outgoing flow. There is controlled deviation of a value of ratio of di-electric conductivity from reference values obtained for a new, run-in and maximally worn tribo-unit. Technical condition and remaining life of the tribo-unit are evaluated by determining values and rate of deviations of ratio of dielectric conductivity from reference one.;EFFECT: continuous control of technical condition of local tribo-unit.;2 dwg
