METHOD endoscopic removal of submucosal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, particularly to oncology. For this purpose, it involves solution of mucosa continuity by linear mucosa incision. The incision size is specified to be equal approximately to a tumour diameter. Physiologic saline is injected in a submucosal layer in a tumour base after mucosa incision above the growth. After the injections, a hot snare is thrown over the tumour body base. The tumour body is separated by step-by-step tightening and release of an endoscopic loop while creating a pedicle in the tumour base. The tumour is removed as soon as the pedicle size reaches a value equal to a half initial size of the tumour base, and the tumour body is separated from surrounding tissues more than in half.;EFFECT: method allows reducing injury rate and enables single-manoeuvre removal en bloc of the gastrointestinal tumour.;2 ex
