FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: analysed radio signal is converted to acoustic signal spread in sound-conducting and translucent medium and interacting in it with laser emission; as a result of interaction the light signal which is optically integrated is formed; the obtained spatial distribution of light signal W(x,t) is detected, thus representing the distribution W(x,t) as discrete and uniformly distributed along "x" coordinate with a set of analogue signals U(xi,t), which differs by the fact that the obtained analogue signals are subject to mutual correlation conversion with discretely specified and pre-formed reference signal the shape of which corresponds to standardised instrument function of receiver-frequency metre. Then, absciss of symmetry axis of the obtained mutual correlation function is searched and search value of radio signal frequency is identified with absciss.;EFFECT: increasing measurement accuracy of radio signal frequency.
