Invention consists in that proposed device comprises self-propelled floating platform supporting telescopic boom with extending beam and moving head with hoisting mechanisms controlled by hydraulic cylinders. Said telescopic boom is arranged horizontally to be turned in horizontal plane by turn mechanism. Support column is arranged on moving head for hydraulic manipulator with front-end tool to be secured thereon. Operator cabin is arranged on said extending beam. Moving counterweight is arranged atop telescopic boom for stability and may vary its position by levers articulated with hydraulic cylinders operated in synchronism with hydraulic cylinders of other levers driving said boom.;EFFECT: high-quality cleanout.;1 dwg
