FIELD: mechanical engineering.;SUBSTANCE: internal surface of a pipeline is cleaned by moving a cleaning unit therethrough comprising a shaft with centre bosses having mounted staggered flexible and elastic petals with forming fluid jets used to destruct deposits on pipeline walls. A sleeve is rolled in a fluid flow behind the cleaning unit. A sleeve cavity formed by an unbent site is inflated by fluid agent supply. Chambers are mounted on the pipeline ends. Each chamber accommodates a drum with a sleeve an end of which is unbent and forms a cavity connected with a fluid agent supply system. An elastic lining is introduced in the pipeline from the opposite ends in the form of two sleeves with their ends unbent and fixed along the perimetre of the pipeline. The lining is inflated by fluid agent supply to form a cavity between the sleeves to be filled with a solution. The coating is applied by rolling the sleeves between which the solution is moved in the pipeline. After applying, the coating is impregnated with a composition by rolling the torus thereon, to be filled with an impregnating composition.;EFFECT: extended range of the instruments.;6 cl, 12 dwg
