Methods of protection against erosion-corrosion destruction of marine structures OIL AND GAS in ice conditions

FIELD: oil and gas production.;SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in application of protective coating of structure steel of external casing and in installation of system of cathode protection from corrosion. As a protective coating there is applied a metal plaque layer made in form of pressed metal wire base including wire spirals of steel and bronze at ratio 2 : 1 and connected with fluoroplastic by pressing at depth of elastic coating application of 20-30 % of external casing thickness. In places of casing joint along perimeter of the case there are arranged elastic layers and packing made of reinforced multi-layer padding material. Layer of butt joints are made of paste filler of cold solidification reinforced with polymer fibre at ratio of 5:1. Also, casing is made of low magnetic steel corresponding to flat of thickness from 1 to 40 mm.;EFFECT: expanded functionality of known procedure, raised safety of marine drilling platforms under ice conditions of operation.
