FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for preparation of concrete mixtures. The concrete mixer comprises a rotary body arranged on a stand by means of a frame with pneumatic balloons inserted into the device. The body is made of sections mounted along the perimetre from the following components that are alternately connected: a single equilateral trapezoid, two identical inequilateral trapezoids and the second equilateral trapezoid that is smaller in height than the first one. The lower bases of each trapezoid are equal to each other and are smaller than the upper bases, which are also equal to each other in all four trapezoids, with formation of square sections at the ends. The square of each subsequent section is turned relative to the square of the previous one by an angle of 180°, and in the other one - by an angle of 90°. Each attached section has sides of the square of the lower base equal to the sides of square of the upper base of the previous section. The concrete mixer is equipped with a pipeline inserted inside at the distance L from the end of the body to supply mixing water with a fixed helical attachment made of three and more helical strips coiled in the vertical plane and serially connected to each other along the length of the helical attachment, with formation of a three-way pipe and a more helical pipe with direction of helical surfaces that coincides with direction of rotation of the concrete mixer body.;EFFECT: invention allows to increase intensity of mortar components mixing.;2 cl, 12 dwg
