The policy is set on the basis of the work load in such a manner that the policy depends on the workload. System resources are backed up for the work load in accordance with the policy. Backups may be of hierarchical nature, besides, the work loads are also hierarchically ordered. Besides, dispatching mechanisms for dispatching of work loads at system resources may be realised regardless of policies.
