Apparatus stroboscope relates to an auxiliary railway equipment, in particular to an apparatus for determining the frequency of contactless turbocompressor TC-34 turbine rotation, PDH-50 during roller burnishing testing. During roller burnishing testing exists the problem of determining a rotor rotational speed of the turbocharger. Since the turbocharger is in the assembled state and from the rotating parts are visible only blade turbine blades, the speed measurement can be performed only through the speed of rotation of the turbine blades. Purpose and technical result the intended utility model is achieved by matching the rotor rotational frequency and the frequency of the light emitter set in advance in the frequency generator.
