FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of composite polymer materials of biomedical purpose, containing, apart from biocompatible polymers-aggregating agents (2-12 wt %), fillers in the form of nanosize silver (0.007-0.3 wt %) stabilised with amphiphilic copolymers of maleic acid (0.02-0.6 wt %), and also medicinal substances (0.01-0.6 wt %) and water, and may be used to produce macroporous polymer hydrogels and films with controlled strength and diffusion (relative to silver) properties filled with complex of stabilised nanosize silver and medicinal substances by method of cryo-structuring. Most efficiently proposed composition and material on its basis may be used both for disinfection of water and aqueous solutions and to produce steam- and water-permeable coatings on wounds with wound-healing properties and prolonged antibacterial and antifungal action.;EFFECT: macroporous polymer hydrogels and films have satisfactory structural-mechanical properties.;3 cl, 1 tbl, 7 ex
