FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended to determine time for training on how to assess lability of human visual system. The tested person is exposed to sequence of pair light pulses with duration of 50 ms divided by interpulse interval of 150 ms, repeating via constant time interval of 1 s. At the first stage of measurements, duration of interpulse interval is reduced with constant speed, until the tested person determines moment of subjective merger of two light pulses in a pair into one. At the second stage duration of interpulse interval is increased with constant speed, until the tested person determines moment of subjective feeding of separateness of two light pulses in a pair. At the third stage, threshold duration of interpulse range is determined by discrete reduction of duration of interpulse interval to the moment, when the tested person determines subjectively merger of two light pulses of a pair into one. Assessment of visual system lability is frequency in Hz determined according to the formula E=1/(τp+1t), where τp - duration of light pulse; tt - threshold duration of interpulse interval. Value of visual system labiltiy is marked by point on plane in coordinates "lability of visual system - number of measurement". Described procedure is repeated more than once. Curve of lability values dependence on measurement number is built until quasistationary mode is obtained, as transition process is terminated. Time of training is determined by number of measurements performed during transition process.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to take into account individual character of stabilisation of measured values of human visual system lability.;5 dwg, 2 ex
