FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to facial muscles training techniques. A rounded rod end is pressed to a facial muscle through the skin or through the skin and a muscle over that one to be trained. Thereafter, the user takes the rod end in two extreme positions by contracting and relaxing the muscle to be trained, or by contracting the muscle to be trained and contracting the antagonistic muscle/ground of muscles. A rod end motion path is segmented, while an external uniform force alternately directed to the side opposites parallel to the motion path is applied to the rod end. For each end of each segment of the motion path for each direction of the external force applied to the bar end, the user performs a series of rod end motions consisting of a number of multiple slow rod end motions from one end of the segment to opposite and fast returns. During training, the user looks at a concave screen whereon bright multi-coloured elements are displayed. These elements are combined in different ways for each series of motions within a motion path segment, for each segment and for each muscle.;EFFECT: cutting training time, skill formation of more precise facial muscles control.;5 cl, 4 dwg
