METHOD OF PRODUCING COMPLEX-SHAPE METAL IDENTIFICATION SIGNS WHEREIN SHAPE OF IMAGE MADE THEREON MATES THAT OF IDENTIFICATION SIGN EDGE-TO-EDGE

FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to identification signs and decorative elements and to method of their production. Proposed invention allows: duplicated production of complex-shape identification signs wherein image shape mates that of identification sign, producing stable images and lower production costs. Proposed method consists in that laser cutting is used to produce metal blank with image outline. Then blank is painted. Then sheet material is used to make pattern to be positioned on UV-printing table. Now, blank is placed onto patter to produce the image by UV-printing onto blank to allow accurate, edge-to-edge, compliance. Note that deviation of printed image from blank shape in any side does not exceed 0.1 mm.;EFFECT: possibility to be used in production of whatever decorative elements.
