If observing -308GA and -308AA genotypes, a severe course of chronic calculous cholecystitis with frequent alternating exacerbations is predicted. -308GG genotype detected enables predicting moderate and mild courses of chronic calculous cholecystitis of recurrent or monotonous pattern.;EFFECT: use of the method allows to predict the clinical course and severity of chronic calculous cholecystitis in a relatively short time.;1 tbl, 1 ex
