FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns an emergency room placed in a cabin of an airplane or any other aircraft, and can be used for delivery of high-quality health to a passenger while in flight. The emergency room is structurally integrated with a couch to prone a patient, has a parking area and is equipped with a water system and a power supply system. The parking area is designed for at least one trolley and has an access door to each trolley. The trolley has boxes for the medical devices. The door is provided with a block system and enables the access to the boxes of said trolley.;EFFECT: as a result, an emergency room is designed to be used for medical service both in slight malady requiring lying down on a couch only for some time in a quiet atmosphere, and in severe attack, or in death risk cases.;23 cl, 8 dwg
