FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, endocrinology, and can be used for normalising the blood α2 antiplasmin concentration in arterial hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance. That is ensured by graduated physical activities, daily swimming in a pool for at least 20 minutes a day, and also prescribed metformin 500 mg twice a day and lisinopril 10 mg once a day at regular hours in the morning.
